Who is responsible
This website is operated by Pavel Efremov, an independent professional based in Moscow, Russia, under the name Your Moscow Contact. Questions about this policy can be sent to pavel.efremov.expert@gmail.com.
What is collected
When you send the case form, I receive the details you enter: first and last name, country, email address, and optionally your organisation, WhatsApp or phone number, the location in Russia, the type of matter, urgency, and your description of the matter.
Together with the form, a few technical details are recorded to help understand where the enquiry came from: the time of submission, the site language, the page address, the referring page if your browser shares it, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
Please share only what is needed for a first assessment. Do not send passports, banking information or other highly sensitive documents through the form.
Why it is used
The information is used only to review your enquiry, reply to you, and, if we agree to work together, to carry out and document the agreed work. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
How the form is processed
The form is processed by a small server-side function on Cloudflare’s network. It checks the form for spam (including a Cloudflare Turnstile check) and forwards the content by email to my business mailbox. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.
If an acknowledgement email is sent to you, it does not repeat the description of your matter.
Emails are delivered and stored by the email providers involved (Cloudflare for sending, Google for the receiving mailbox), under their own terms.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building advertising profiles. A small number of anonymous interaction events (for example, that the form was opened or a WhatsApp button was clicked, plus the campaign parameters of the visit) are counted on Cloudflare. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and the content of your enquiry are never sent to analytics.
Campaign parameters are kept in your browser’s session storage for the current visit only, so that an enquiry can be linked to the campaign that brought you here.
Contacting me directly
If you write by email or WhatsApp instead, the information you send is handled by those services under their own terms and is used in the same way as described above.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted when they are no longer needed, normally within 24 months. Information connected to an assignment is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the work, for any follow-up questions and for applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent, or ask me not to contact you again, by writing to pavel.efremov.expert@gmail.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
