Requirements and limitations
No entry to premises or access to vehicles without consent and necessary permissions. A visual check is not a structural survey, technical certification, valuation or title review. Specialist inspections can be coordinated separately. Sale, payment and registration arrangements require case-specific lawful assessment; no buyer, sale price or completion date is guaranteed.

What you receive

Communication, costs and confidentiality
Direct communication, scope and costs agreed before work begins, and reporting as agreed. Start with a brief description: do not send passports, bank details or passwords through the public form. YMC does not finance client expenses.
Frequently asked questions
Can you check an occupied apartment?
Only when lawful access is arranged and the necessary consent and permissions are in place. We do not enter without authorisation.
Can you monitor repairs regularly?
We can assess recurring visits with agreed milestones, access arrangements and reporting. This does not replace a qualified technical inspector.
Can you help sell my car under a power of attorney?
We assess the task only after checking the required authority and transaction requirements. We do not promise that every sale can be completed remotely.
